OR LMT #28064Practicing massage therapy since 2018

Rachel’s path began with studies in biochemistry and psychology before she discovered massage therapy. She earned an A.S. in Natural Sciences and a B.A. in Psychology from California State University, East Bay, then continued her training at the National Holistic Institute in Emeryville.
Her work draws from integrated deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, sports massage, and somatic awareness. Rather than follow a preset sequence, Rachel listens closely and builds each session around the client in front of her.
Rachel sees massage as a meeting point between Eastern and Western perspectives: practical, attentive care that makes space to slow down, reconnect, and notice what the body is communicating.
