Services

Thoughtful bodywork, composed for you.

Every appointment begins with a conversation about your goals, health history, and how your body feels that day. From there, Rachel creates a personalized session that can be focused, restorative, or a blend of both.

01

Whole-person care

Integrative Therapeutic Massage

Integrative therapeutic massage brings techniques together rather than treating them as isolated styles. Rachel listens to your goals and preferences, then may combine Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point work, deep-tissue techniques, and mobility support within one cohesive session.

  • Myofascial release
  • Trigger point therapy
  • Swedish massage
  • Deep-tissue techniques
02

Focused attention

Clinical Massage

Clinical massage focuses the session on a clearly defined concern. Rachel uses the intake, observation, and ongoing feedback to direct appropriate hands-on techniques toward the areas that matter most to you, while keeping the experience collaborative and within the scope of massage therapy.

  • Focused soft-tissue work
  • Trigger point therapy
  • Myofascial techniques
  • Joint mobilization
03

Strength and movement

Deep Tissue & Mobility-Focused Work

For clients who prefer firmer work or want to focus on movement, Rachel can incorporate deep-tissue techniques, sports massage, light stretching, and joint mobility. Intensity is adjusted to your preferences and your body’s response rather than treated as a fixed formula.

  • Integrated deep tissue
  • Sports massage
  • Light stretching
  • Joint mobility

What to expect from Rachel’s style

Rachel works at an intentional, grounding pace so the body has time to anticipate and respond. Pressure is adjusted to your preferences and may be paired with trigger point therapy, myofascial work, joint mobility, or light stretching when appropriate. Communication is welcome throughout your session. You are encouraged to speak up about pressure, positioning, temperature, or anything else that affects your comfort. Your only job is to breathe and stay connected to what you notice.
